BREAKFAST & LUNCH

Marmalade, Rhos-on-Sea - fantastic family run cafe serving up food all day with breakfast being our favourite time to visit. Excellent coffee also!

Providero, Llandudno & Llandudno Junction - trendy local coffee shops with excellent coffee and great pastry selections.

The Olive Tree, Snowdonia Nurseries - garden centre cafe with generous breakfast portions and locally sourced ingredients. Offers roast dinners on Sundays and Afternoon Tea available throughout the week.

Alpine Coffee Shop, Betws-y-Coed, - popular cafe adjacent to train station with great selection of breakfasts and lunch on offer. Support some great charitable causes and initiatives.

HAUS, Colwyn Bay - popular coffee shop in the centre of Colwyn Bay with simple delicious menu. It is quite small so more suited to smaller groups.

DINNER

The Jackdaw, Conwy - gourmet food offering in atmospheric location in the centre of Conwy town. Delicious tasting menu and an unrivalled wine selection make this a perfect spot for a special occasion (look out for our exclusive Walled Town Rain candle)

Signatures, Aberconwy Holiday Park, - a favourite of locals and holidaymakers for many years, stylish restaurant just off the beach with a wide selection of dishes with locally sourced ingredients. Not a bad cocktail selection either!

Nicky Ip's, Deganwy, -another local favourite sleek chinese restaurant with wine bar serving classic chinese dishes.

There are many pubs in the area serving high quality meals in a cosy setting, our current favourites are:

- The Pen-y-Bryn, Upper Colwyn Bay

- The Erskine Arms, Conwy

- The Queen's Head, Glanwydden

- The Albion, Conwy (no food)

ACTIVITIES

Wine Tasting at Gwinllan Conwy (one of the best vineyard tours we have done! We would recommend getting the cheese option)

Zipworld Activities (there are many to choose from at various sites across North Wales, whatever level of adventure you are after)

Train from Llandudno Junction to Betws-y-Coed (scenic train journey where you can enjoy what Betws-y-Coed has to offer including the Alpine Coffee Shop, a walk to Llyn Elsi, a stroll up the river or a browse at the many outdoor shops)

Bodnant Garden, Glan Conwy - one of the most beautiful National Trust gardens in the country. Fantastic day out where you can get lost in the beautifully maintained gardens and woodland. Look out for the Laburnum Arch flowering season, an event that draws keen horticulturists from around the world.
