We offer a Click & Collect service on all available products from;

Snowdonia Nurseries, Llanrwst Road, Glan Conwy, LL28 5SR.

UK DELIVERIES

Free standard UK delivery (Evri Standard) will be applied to all orders over £50. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £50 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery.

We ship UK orders within 1-4 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Evri and can usually be expected within 2-4 business days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to help out.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you love your Conwy Candle Company products when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on info@conwycandlecompany.co.uk

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another product of the same type, value and condition within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
